First: varnish isolates the contact between the surface of the ordinary carton and the hot melt adhesive, that is, the actual bonding of the Carton Sealing Hot Melt Adhesive is bonded to the plastic film. The surface of the film is treated with glazing or matt, and the surface energy is Very low, that is to say, the surface is very smooth, ordinary hot melt adhesive is difficult to infiltrate and adhere to the film, which will lead to degumming;
Second: the coated carton needs a longer opening time. Generally, the opening time of cartons in the process of assembly line construction is very short, which can be completed in 5-30 seconds. However, the infiltration of cartons required after laminating is longer. Generally, the opening time of hot melt adhesive is too short, which will result in insufficient strength of infiltration and adhesion.
